At an informal morning tea at Austroads on 17 October, and with Austroads staff gathered Austroads CEO Nick Koukoulas gave a warm and engaging summary of David’s Austroads years, recognising his service to previous CEOs but in particular the quality of the support he had had personally received. Fittingly, on behalf of the Austroads Board, Nick then presented David with Austroads highest order of recognition, the “Austroads Medal for Outstanding service”.
