This Policy outlines the principles to be applied in the management of complaints and appeals.


Policy Statement

CPEE will act to resolve any and all student complaints and appeals fairly, promptly and efficiently following the relevant underpinning CPEE policies and procedures.

  • A Student has the right to make a complaint and submit an appeal on reasonable grounds in line with CPEE Procedures
  • Students are encouraged and expected to attempt to resolve their complaint informally before submitting a formal complaint
  • A Student formal complaint must be submitted and resolved following CPEE Procedures
