FM003: Deferment Commencement Studies Form

This form is to be used by new students who have been made an ‘Offer of Admission’ but wish to defer their initial enrolment for that program.

An offer for entry to a CPEE Program remains valid for a maximum of two (2) semesters after the commencing date applied for.

• Students who elect to commence in the second of these two semesters must apply for deferred entry prior to the end of the first week of the semester for which entry was approved.
• Offers will be automatically be withdrawn unless a deferral of commencement form is received.
