Study Support

Throughout your studies you may require both academic and non-academic support and it's important to understand who to contact.
Academic Support
  • Academic support relates directly to your learning. Your CPEE Unit Chair is available to assist you with queries specific to your unit content and assessments.
  • You can contact the Unit Chair directly via the CPEELMS unit forum and/or email. In most cases telephone numbers for Unit Chairs are not provided in the CPEELMS but may be provided at the discretion of the individual Unit Chair.
  • When corresponding with your Unit Chair or the CPEE Staff, being specific will allow for a more tailored response. If you do not receive an answer to an enquiry from your Unit Chair within 48 hours, please contact CPEE Admin.
  • With regard to assessment marks and feedback, ensure you have checked the CPEELMS site to download the feedback from your Unit Chair. Please contact your Unit Chair directly to expand or clarify comments made.

Please refer to the Unit Assessment Guide for more information

Non-Academic Support
  • Administrative enquiries, such as enrolments, withdrawals, difficulty in submitting assessment tasks, late assessment submission requests, special consideration, or other matters not directly related to Unit content should be directed to the CPEE Higher Education Manager or administration support staff.
  • It is very important that you copy This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. into your emails so that if a staff member is not in the office, someone can respond to your query.
  • Procedural academic matters should also be directed to the Higher Education Manager in the first instance, e.g. queries such as academic credit, appeals etc.
Studying Online
Studying online allows you to fit study around work, social and family committments. One of the main draws to this type of study is that you can study at home, in the office, or any place and time that suits you. However, this type of study also brings with it a number of challenges. Effective techniques are key to navigating these challenges and to your long term study goals
