PO020: Policy on Delegation

Under the Rules the CPEE Council “may by resolution delegate any of its powers other than this power of delegation to a subcommittee or subcommittees consisting of members of the Council and such other persons as the Council determines”. This policy establishes the principles and parameters for devolved decision-making across the CPEE under the authority of the CPEE Council. The Policy and the underpinning CPEE Delegation Framework and CPEE Governance Framework ensures good governance through separation of corporate governance, academic governance and the role of the Chief Executive Officer.
