Jill Boag

Project Director of Gamuda Australia and the past Chair of Roads Australia Future Leaders Committee.

With over 20 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Jill has worked on large-scale infrastructure projects, including Monash Freeway Upgrade Stage 2, Melbourne Metro Early Works, Melbourne Water Capital Delivery, South Road Superway and Network Integration and Ancillary Works (NIAW) and Barwon Water Alliance.

In an industry still largely dominated by men, Jill breaks the mould of a typical Project Manager. She is an exceptionally strong leader who has continued legacy of accepting diversity, whether that’s in culture, circumstance or thought. Working mums, Indigenous employees, athletes, and those with intellectual disadvantages have their needs met as individuals, not just employees.

On all projects Jill can add value at executive level on: technical and strategic planning skills, risk management, finance and cost management, safety, quality, environmental targets, time targets.

She has a strong background in building positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders and a proven record of accomplishment collaboratively managing projects from design through to delivery and completion. A big strategic thinker, Jill will always challenge the ‘right’ answer for the outcome.
