Jacqui is a leader in Asset Management and Civil Engineering, with more than 25 years experience in local government. She has worked with councils to improve asset management practices and develop meaningful asset management plans. Her focus has always been on the needs of regional, rural and remote communities.

Beyond her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney (1997), Jacqui has been awarded Graduate Certificates in Environmental Engineering and Management (1999), and Infrastructure Asset Management (2011). She has also completed the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at TAFE (2013).

Jacqui is the senior advisor asset management at the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) delivering the IPWEA Asset Management Pathway, and a sessional academic at Charles Sturt University, where she teaches asset management topics to undergraduate engineers.
