An experienced multi-faceted Executive Manager with strong Project Management and Technical skills. Experienced with strategic planning, property acquisition, land planning and legislation management, risk management, finance and cost management, safety, quality, environmental targets, with critical on time delivery.

Jill has worked within Industry Bodies in her role as Chair of Fellowship program with Roads Australia. Working with both Government, Consultancy and Private Industry. With many accomplishments in both personal and professional aspects of life such as Roads Australia Champion 2023, NAWIC South Australian Construction Woman of the Year, John Holland Employee of Year and Ultra Marathons in the Simpson Desert.

A track record of success on a wide variety of projects is underpinned by the knowledge and expertise essential for directing a team of Senior Managers and technical experts from project start to completion. I am a highly effective communicator and negotiator, developing and maintaining the collaborative relationships that drive productivity, efficiency and safety; and managing contracts in a technically informed, strategic manner.
