Congrats to Prof Phil Evans – CPEE Board Member and CPEE Unit Chair

Professor Philip Evans - a key member of the CPEE Academic Board and author and Unit Chair of the CPEE Unit Contracts: Principles, Management and Risks (“Construction Contract Law”) - has just had a prestigious honour bestowed upon him by the Australian Academy of Law.

The Academy of Law has advised that Professor Evans has been invited to become a Fellow of the Academy in recognition of his being a “person of exceptional distinction in the discipline of law who is demonstrably committed to the objects of the Academy”.
