We Love Concrete... we love Lab visits
But we particularly love seeing our current CPEE students and CPEE Alumni shine !
Ming Yang, Pavement Engineer at SMEC was a key presenter at the Australian Society for Concrete Pavements forum at NTRO - National Transport Research Organisation offices. Ming's presentation on the CRCP in the Northeast Link tunnels—a designer's perspective—was fabulous.
Arcadis pavement team who traveled from all over Australia and New Zealand to attend the event. And special shout out to CPEE alumni Jun So. A big thank you to Tim Buckingham-Jones and Craig Heidrichfor organizing such a fantastic ASCP Forum. We’d also like to extend our appreciation to Didier Bodin for the excellent lab tour of the NTRO facility and the insightful testing displays.
It was terrific to engage in discussions with many attendees who are already familiar with us, and some are considering further studies with CPEE.
Shout out to the gorgeous NTRO team who looked after us for the day. Shame we missed Michael Caltabiano and Emily McLean... next time !
